Job summary

CF (THOMSON) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative clinic in Singapore. You’ll lead assessments, design treatment plans, and guide patients through scoliosis rehabilitation in coordination with chiropractors and TCM practitioners.

Applicants should hold AHPC registration, a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, at least 3 years of experience, and a patient-centred approach. Independent work and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Full AHPC registration (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of physiotherapy experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional healthcare setting.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience or keen interest in scoliosis rehabilitation is highly preferred.
• Schroth, BSPTS, SEAS or other scoliosis-specific training is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

Scoliosis Programme Development & Implementation

• Lead the development, setup, and implementation of the scoliosis programme during its initial phase.
• Oversee operational readiness, service structure, and patient journey to ensure a smooth and effective rollout.
• Monitor programme performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to support sustainability and growth.

Patient Consultation and Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities.
• Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.

Posture & Movement Guidance

• Observe and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to ensure correct technique and postural alignment
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, goals and collaboration with referring healthcare professionals

Therapeutic Treatments

• Administer physiotherapy interventions including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomes

Patient Management

• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, self-care techniques and structured home exercise programs
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans and progress
• Support patient and family education to empower long-term health and functional independence

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Work alongside Chiropractors, TCM Physicians and Wellness Therapists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for each patient

Customer Service & Communication

• Deliver compassionate care with strong communication skills, ensuring patients feel supported, informed and comfortable throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy, consistently upholding high standards of patient-centered service.
