Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a qualified physiotherapist to lead the scoliosis programme development and implementation. You will oversee patient journey design, collaboration with chiropractors and wellness professionals, and ensure effective rehabilitation pathways.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy with full AHPC registration and at least 3 years of experience, preferably with scoliosis rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy.
• Full AHPC registration mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years physiotherapy experience.
• Experience or keen interest in scoliosis rehabilitation preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Scoliosis Programme Development & Implementation

• Lead the development, setup, and implementation of the scoliosis programme during its initial phase.
• Oversee operational readiness, service structure, and patient journey to ensure a smooth and effective rollout.
• Monitor programme performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to support sustainability and growth.

Patient Consultation and Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities.
• Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.

Posture & Movement Guidance

• Observe and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to ensure correct technique and postural alignment
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, goals and collaboration with referring healthcare professionals

Therapeutic Treatments

• Administer physiotherapy interventions including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomes

Patient Management

• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, self-care techniques and structured home exercise programs
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans and progress
• Support patient and family education to empower long-term health and functional independence

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Work alongside Chiropractors, TCM Physicians and Wellness Therapists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for each patient

Customer Service & Communication

Deliver compassionate care with strong communication skills, ensuring patients feel supported, informed and comfortable throughout their rehabilitation journey

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent, from an accredited institution
• Full AHPC registration (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of physiotherapy experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional healthcare setting
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new rehabilitation techniques
• Experience or a keen interest in scoliosis rehabilitation is highlypreferred
• Schroth, BSPTS, SEAS or other scoliosis-specific training is an advantage
• Passion for interdisciplinary care and continuous learning
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach
