Job summary

Core Fitness Singapore is looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join our premium private practice on Orchard Road. Senior physiotherapists with seven or more years of MSK experience are encouraged to apply; freelance and flexible work arrangements are available for the right candidate.

You will work with a diverse caseload including chronic pain management, scoliosis, geriatric and postnatal care, and support athletes and post-surgical clients.

Qualifications

• AHPC-registered with a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum five years' experience in MSK physiotherapy; private practice or hospital outpatient background preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage a diverse caseload with confidence.
• Genuine interest in movement-based therapies and their role in long-term rehabilitation.
• Additional expertise in Clinical Pilates, scoliosis management, or women's health is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Compassionate, considered, and committed to outcomes over throughput.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive MSK assessments, hands-on treatment, and tailored rehabilitation programmes.
• Design personalised care strategies focused on pain relief, functional restoration, and injury prevention.
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical records to track client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with our Pilates instructor and bodywork teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Guide clients toward appropriate post-rehabilitation pathways, including Private Pilates, Gyrotonic, and bodywork where relevant.

Core Fitness is a private physiotherapy clinic and Pilates studio operating as a single integrated practice, a model we have pioneered and refined since 2011. Based on Orchard Road, we serve a discerning clientele of professionals, expats, seniors looking to stay active, and adults seeking serious, expert‑led care for their musculoskeletal health. Every session, across every service, is one‑to‑one.

What sets us apart is the seamless integration between our physiotherapy and Pilates teams. Both operate within a shared clinical environment, with shared context on every client. Cross‑referral is standard practice, not an exception. A patient who stabilises under physiotherapy transitions naturally to our Pilates instructor team for progressive movement training and long‑term maintenance. A Pilates client who presents with pain moves straight to physiotherapy without ever leaving the practice. This continuity of care is something our clients feel deeply, and something our clinicians take genuine pride in delivering.

Our physiotherapists are AHPC‑registered and trained in Polestar Pilates, applying it clinically within treatment as Clinical Pilates. Our Pilates instructors are Polestar‑certified rehabilitation specialists. The standard across both teams is credentialled, considered, and consistently high.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join our team. Senior physiotherapists with seven or more years of experience are especially encouraged to apply. Freelance and flexible work arrangements are available for the right candidate.

You will work with a caseload weighted toward chronic pain management, scoliosis, geriatric and degenerative presentations, postural conditions, and pre and postnatal care — the core of what we do at Core Fitness. You will also see athletes and post‑surgical clients as part of a varied, clinically rich caseload.

Your role is to deliver thorough assessment, hands‑on treatment, and personalised rehabilitation that restores function and supports long‑term wellbeing.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a clinician who takes assessment seriously, communicates clearly with clients, and genuinely enjoys the long‑term work of rehabilitation. You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely within a multidisciplinary team.

Background in private practice MSK physiotherapy or hospital outpatient orthopaedics is preferred. A strong interest in Clinical Pilates and scoliosis management is an advantage and for the right candidate, training and sponsorship will be provided.
