Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. seeks a qualified physiotherapist to provide comprehensive care across inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings.

You will assess, design, implement, and review rehabilitation and discharge plans, while monitoring progress and maintaining precise clinical documentation. The role requires AHPC registration, BCLS+AED, and 2–3 years of experience in hospital, aged care, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPC and holds a valid Practising Certificate.
• Valid BCLS + AED certification.
• 2–3 years of physiotherapy experience, preferably in a hospital, nursing home, or community/aged care setting.
• Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional physiotherapy services for inpatient, outpatient, and home care patients.
• Assess, develop, implement, and review individualized rehabilitation and discharge plans.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, family meetings, and rehabilitation planning.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and safe care practices.
• Ensure patient safety, comply with clinical guidelines, and report incidents or equipment issues.
• Manage daily caseloads, billing, and supervise rehabilitation assistants.
• Support outreach programmes, quality improvement initiatives, and statistical reporting.
• Deliver staff training, supervise students, and participate in professional development, education, and research activities.
