Job summary

Regis Medical Group in Singapore is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary primary care team. You will assess and manage musculoskeletal conditions, design individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals to support patients’ recovery and long-term health.

The role requires AHPC registration with a Practising Certificate and at least 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy; experience with sports

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by AHPC.
• Minimum 2 years of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience.
• AHPC registration with valid Practising Certificate.
• Experience with sports teams is a plus.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist at Regis Medical Group, you will be part of a multidisciplinary primary care team delivering holistic, patient-centred care. You will assess and manage musculoskeletal conditions, design individualised rehabilitation plans, and work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to support patients’ recovery, wellness, and long-term health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients’ musculoskeletal conditions, and overall wellness needs.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to address issues contributing to patients' complaints.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation and clinical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centred care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, exercise, posture, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain a clean, and well-organised treatment environment.
• Support clinic outreach, health education initiatives, social media marketing and marketing events where required.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an institution recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Fully registered with the AHPC, with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Experience working with sports teams, athletes, and/or fitness enthusiasts is a plus.
