Job summary

The Learning Lab, Singapore is seeking a Curriculum Segment Head to lead a team of curriculum specialists and graphic designers in the design, development and production of Secondary Physics curriculum.

You will work with teaching and planning leaders to ensure MOE-aligned materials, schemes of work, and teacher guides are delivered on schedule, while driving curriculum quality and growth for the company.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in education or subject.
• Hands-on leadership experience in education or curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Singapore MOE requirements and local education context.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of curriculum specialists and designers to develop Secondary Physics materials.
• Oversee design, development, and production of curriculum and teacher guides.
• Collaborate with marketing, PMO and TDQM to enhance programme value.
• Plan schemes of work and lesson schedules aligned with learning outcomes.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of curriculum outputs.
• Provide professional development and curriculum support to teachers.
• Possibly take on teaching responsibilities when required.
