Job summary

SSMC in Singapore is seeking a Photo Process Associate Engineer to join the Photo, Process Eng. III group. You will assist process engineers on production-line activities, support 12-hour shifts, and ensure tool and process integrity.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in microelectronics or related field, 0–2 years’ experience, basic knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/VBA/Tableau, SPC concepts, and strong English and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

Diploma in Microelectronics or related engineering field.
1–2 years’ experience in front-end semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Basic theory including two or more areas such as Wafer Fabrication Technology.
Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA and Tableau.
Basic statistical and SPC knowledge.
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) and in a clean room.
Good communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Assist process engineers on production-line activities to hit operation goals.
Perform 12-hour shifts to support the photo production line and maintain tool integrity.
Monitor and sustain SPC to ensure product quality.
Mentor and support OJT for new technicians and junior engineers.
Follow up on project qualification lots and related line issues.
Collate data on tool faults and defective products per procedures.
Provide accurate pass-downs and track outstanding tasks.
Set up metrology recipes and perform routine housekeeping.
Escalate issues timely and maintain safety in fab and office areas.
Participate in Transform Platform initiatives.
