Job description

We are looking for aspiring teachers to teach Phonics to young children. Training will be provided.

Job Description
  • Deliver structured phonics lessons (K1–P3) using decodable readers and a 15-minute core routine
  • Run screeners & weekly probes, track progress, and adjust instruction
  • Prepare lesson materials using Cognitive’s Teacher Toolkit (scripts, assessments, decodables)
  • Communicate student progress with parents and collaborate with colleagues/therapists
  • Contribute to curriculum development and resource feedback loops
  • (Optional) Support workshops/webinars for parents and teacher upskilling
Training & Career Growth
  • Cognitive Certified Phonics Instructor (Level 1) + ongoing coaching.
  • Pathway to Level 2/3, mentoring, curriculum projects, and leadership tracks.
  • Opportunity to be trained as a Master Trainer.
