• Perform blood collection (venipuncture, capillary, heel-prick) and related procedures (ECG, spirometry) efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area and comply with infection control and workplace safety guidelines.
• Verify patient identity using two identifiers before testing.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and traceability of samples.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and vendors, in-person and by phone.

• Maintain a clean work area and comply with infection control and workplace safety guidelines.
• Verify patient identity using two identifiers before testing.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and traceability of samples.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and vendors, both in-person and over the phone.

Required Skills and Experience:

• - N/O Level, ITE Certificate/Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a Phlebotomy Certificate.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience performing phlebotomy in a fast-paced environment.
