Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Excellent coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong analytical, modeling and problem-solving abilities; can extract insights from complex data.
• Experience in machine learning and good product sense with focus on user experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve search quality and user experience by enhancing query analysis and relevance matching.
• Design and implement end-to-end ranking system to boost GMV across products.
• Support ecosystem development by solving pricing, supply-demand, and growth challenges.
• Explore personalized AI search focusing on harness engineering, post-training optimization, and automated evaluation.
• Collaborate in a team using statistics, scripting and required programming languages.
• Work with platforms where models are deployed.
