Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or master's in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing algorithm modules for local search and ranking.
• Contribute to improving TikTok core and vertical search quality.
• Develop and iterate on search ranking algorithms and components (features, models, evaluation).
• Support optimization of e-commerce search and recommendations through module-level work.
• Collaborate with product and infra teams to deliver improvements under mentorship.
