Job summary

SSW Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking Pharmacy Technicians (Non-Patient Fronting) to join our Central Warehouse operations. You will work with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure accurate and timely distribution of medications to healthcare institutions and patients.

Qualifications

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician (PS Singapore) or equivalent.
1–2 years of healthcare industry experience; senior role possible with leadership experience.
Experience with medication delivery processes or pharmacy automation is a plus.
Proactive, motivated and resourceful with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking.
Process medication orders/prescriptions in accordance with standards.
Quality checks on picked orders and packing for delivery.
Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients and reconciliation.
Assist in implementing quality improvement projects and staff training.
Manage operations in assigned section and lead if appointed as team leader.
Support in overall housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables.
