Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore’s West region is seeking an entry‑level Pharmacy Technician to support inbound stock receiving, checking, repacking and inventory replenishment, with full training provided.

You will process and pick medication orders, conduct quality checks and packing for delivery, and coordinate deliveries with healthcare institutions and patients, while assisting with billing, IT/automation projects, and daily team operations.

Qualifications

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course (Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore) or its equivalent are welcome to apply.
Entry level are welcome to apply, full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound stock receiving, checking, repacking and inventory replenishment.
Process and pick medication orders/prescriptions according to standards.
Conduct quality checks and packing of medication orders for delivery.
Coordinate deliveries, handovers, reconciliation and issue resolution with healthcare institutions/patients.
Support billing, IT/automation implementation and quality improvement projects.
Assist with housekeeping, staff training, team operations and other ad hoc duties.
