Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Diploma-qualified Pharmacy Technician to join the polyclinic on the West side of Singapore.

You will dispense prescriptions, top up medicines, and provide patient counselling. Shifts are staggered: Mon–Fri from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (or 8:30–5:00, 9:00–5:30, 9:30–6:00) and Sat partial mornings. The role requires maintaining hygiene and stock levels and monitoring IT/automation equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a Certified Pharmacy Technician qualification.
• Experience in dispensing and customer counselling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medicines are topped up regularly to facilitate smooth dispensing process.
• Accurately pack and dispense all prescriptions according to set standards and guidelines.
• Provide specialised pharmacy counselling to patients so as to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcome.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of the pharmacy premises and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the work area and storerooms.
• Monitor the stock status of the repackaged medications and ensure the replenishment of stocks promptly.
• Monitor IT/Automation equipment to ensure that they are in working condition and to feedback to supervisor on malfunction issues.

Working Locations: Polyclinic located @ the West side

Job Responsibilities
