Job summary

NHG Health invites a Pharmacy Technician to join our NHG Polyclinic team. You will process prescriptions, dispense medications, provide medication counselling and support inventory management to ensure patient safety and service quality.

You will supervise and train junior Pharmacy Technicians/Assistants, support pharmacists on simple projects, and participate in ongoing professional development through our post-graduate study sponsorships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or CPTC qualification.
• Good patient relation and communication skills.
• Team player with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and dispense medications according to set standards and guidelines.
• Provide medication counselling to patients.
• Manage drug inventory which includes stock replenishment, conducting stock counts and inventory checks.
• Supervise and provide training to new Pharmacy Technicians/Assistants.
• Assist Pharmacists in simple projects.
