PERSOL Singapore is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant/Technician for a public healthcare client in the West region. You will assist in processing medication orders, counsel patients via tele-consult under pharmacist supervision, and help maintain accurate inventory and billing processes.

Formación

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science required.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in a similar role will be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in processing medication orders, including typing, packing, labeling, and distribution.
• Perform billing functions to ensure cost and revenue recovery.
• Counsel patients on medicines via tele-consult under pharmacist supervision.
• Monitor and maintain drug inventory levels.
• Receive, check, and verify deliveries against documents.
• Perform stock receipts and issues following FIFO procedures.
• Provide quality customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and prepare for daily operations.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff.
