Job summary

NHG Population Health in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations and deliver high quality, patient centered care. You will dispense medications accurately, ensure stock readiness, and assist pharmacists to maintain safe, patient-centered care.

You will provide targeted counselling to improve adherence and supervise junior technicians, while participating in simple projects to improve workflow.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with a Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Good patient relations and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and dispense medications accurately in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
• Ensure medications and dispensing consumables are regularly replenished to support smooth workflow.
• Identify basic drug regimens and highlight potential drug interactions to pharmacists or prescribers.
• Promptly elevate operational issues and patient feedback to the Pharmacy Executive or Pharmacists.
• Provide targeted counselling to improve medication adherence and therapeutic outcome.
• Supervise and provide training to new pharmacy technicians/assistant.
• Assist pharmacists in simple project.
