Job summary

CHIEF RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations and patient care in our clinics.

You will assist the pharmacist, prepare IV chemotherapy and immunotherapy, dispense prescribed medications, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely orders. This role involves stock management across two centres, regular inventory checks, and cashiering duties. A Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent is required, with a 5.5-day work week and roster-based centre

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
• Comfortable to work 5.5 days, alternate Saturday.
• Comfortable to rotate to different centres according to roster (both at Central locations).

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in managing daily pharmacy operations and patient medication needs.
• Prepare and reconstitute IV chemotherapy and immunotherapy medications according to established procedures.
• Dispense prescribed medications and supportive treatments to oncology patients.
• Coordinate with suppliers on medication orders, purchasing, and procurement matters.
• Manage inventory across two clinics, including monthly stock counts and regular stock checks.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the pharmacist.
• Handle cashiering and payment-related duties.
• Ensure the pharmacy and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Support other pharmacy-related tasks and ad hoc duties when required.
