Job summary

CHIEF RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations and patient care at our Singapore clinics. You will help prepare IV chemotherapy, dispense oncology medications, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

You will also manage inventory across two clinics, assist with cashiering, and ensure a clean, organized work environment while adapting to rostered shifts. Relevant diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Assist the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations.
• Prepare IV chemotherapy and immunotherapy medications.
• Dispense prescribed medications to oncology patients.
• Coordinate with suppliers on medication orders and procurement.
• Manage inventory across two clinics with monthly stock counts.
• Provide administrative support to the pharmacist.
• Handle cashiering and payment-related duties.
• Ensure the pharmacy and work areas are clean and organized.
• Support other pharmacy-related tasks and ad hoc duties.
