Job summary

SingHealth Polyclinics is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to process prescriptions and dispense medications to polyclinic patients following doctor’s directions.

The role supports MDS and PILBOX remote pickups, offers Tele-dispensing where applicable, and assists in video consultations and medication reconciliation to ensure safe, efficient care.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘O' Level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course (under MOH, PSS or its equivalent) or a Diploma in Pharmaecutical Science or equivalent
• Possess a service mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant experience in an outpatient setting will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Processes prescriptions and dispenses medications to polyclinic patients in accordance with doctor's directions as specified in prescriptions
• Supports Medication Delivery Service (MDS) and PILBOX service for remote collection of medications
• Provides Tele-dispensing services (where applicable)
• Assists in video consultation (VC) and medication reconciliation
