Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science with at least three years of Pharmacy Technician experience and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory and record supplier invoices.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain stock records using inventory management systems.
• Coordinate local and international procurement of therapeutic products and medical devices.
• Prepare quotations by liaising with suppliers and submitting to customers.
• Process orders, issue invoices and delivery orders, and pack goods for delivery.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and monitor delivery schedules.
