Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) is seeking a capable Programme Manager to provide support in the Pharmaceutical Care Services (PCS) programme management, ensuring smooth coordination with diverse stakeholders, and preparing reports with analytics to assess effectiveness.

The role drives preventive health and health promotion projects in the community, conducts needs analyses, maps existing initiatives, builds partnerships with community services, and supports secretariat duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in project management in a healthcare-related industry would be advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and excel in time management
• Good analytical, organisational and management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PCS programme management and liaise with stakeholders for smooth implementation
• Prepare reports and use analytics to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify improvement areas
• Drive preventive health and health promotion projects in the community
• Plan needs analyses to identify gaps in medication management and health promotion
• Conduct landscape scanning of pharmacy-led initiatives and identify partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote medication literacy and adherence
• Facilitate projects to improve quality and accessibility of medication-related information
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community healthcare services and organisations
• Act as secretariat for PCS-related committees or workgroups
