Job summary

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years' working experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy, including managing workflows, monitoring KPIs, overseeing drug inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assisting with manpower planning, budget management and quality improvements initiatives.
• Playing a role in staff engagement and wellness activities, risk management, and project management including development of digital platforms for patient education and surveys.
• Working closely with the Service Lead and Senior Manager to drive continuous improvement across the division.
