Job summary

SPEEDOC PTE. LTD. is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant/Executive to support daily pharmacy operations, dispense medications, and handle packing and dispatch. The role includes tracking deliveries, stock storage, and inventory tasks in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualifications listed in the ad: GCE O/N Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma.
• Experience in clinical or pharmacy settings is advantageous.
• Basic IT proficiency is required.
• Strong English communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper functioning of Pharmacy operations.
• Dispense, pack and dispatch medications.
• Track and monitor dispatch riders for deliveries.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of stock, incl. expired/damaged items.
• Process suppliers’ stock receivable orders.
• Restock shelves with medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Perform inventory stock taking of medications and supplies.
• Assist in inventory condemnation process.
• Prepare and pack mobile doctor/nurse house call bags.
• Respond to pharmacy-related questions within scope.
• Housekeeping and cleanliness of the Pharmacy facility.
• Undertake administrative tasks (record-keeping) as assigned.
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by reporting officer.
