Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking staff to support pharmacy stock receiving, picking, packing and labeling of medications at Clementi. You will ensure accurate packaging and timely delivery handling, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include restocking storage locations, assisting with stock takes and coordinating handover to courier, plus ordering consumables to support pharmacy operations. Shift includes Sat half-day and Mon-Fri hours.

Responsibilities

• Support stock receiving and checking of medications
• Pick, pack and label medications to fulfil delivery orders
• Repack medications e.g. unboxing, bundling or pre-packing in required quantities
• Replenish medications to storage locations
• Support counting of inventory during stock takes or cycle counts
• Account for delivery orders and assist to handover to courier
• Order and top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags to facilitate operations
• Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards
• Ensure that right medications are delivered to right patients in a safe, timely and quality manner
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc
