Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant at Clementi to support stock receipt, dispensing of medications, and order processing. You will assist in inventory control, billing, and coordinating medication deliveries, working with IT/automation systems to ensure smooth operations.

Role involves hands-on handling of medications, quality checks, and potential leadership responsibilities in the assigned section. Training will be provided and cross-functional support may be required.

Qualifications

• Min Dip in pharmaceutical science (completed).
• Experience in dispensing of medication.

Responsabilités

• Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking.
• Process medication orders/prescriptions according to standards.
• Perform quality checks on picked orders and pack for delivery.
• Coordinate with informatics team on IT and automation implementations.
• Manage inventory including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Assist in billing procedures for services provided.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients and handle reconciliations.
