Job summary

PeopleSolve Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to deliver pharmaceutical care and ensure excellent patient outcomes. You will assess drug therapies, provide information to patients and healthcare teams, and monitor safety and efficacy.

The role involves supervising pharmacy technicians, adhering to regulatory standards, and supporting a collaborative team focused on quality patient care in a busy healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy and registration with regulatory body.
• Hospital experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

About the Role

• Provide pharmaceutical care for excellent patient care.
• Recommend and monitor drug therapy to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide drug information to patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems.

What We Are Looking For

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Hospital experience preferred but not necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and precision.
• Ability to work in team or independently.
• Ability to communicate well and able to articulate procedures effectively.
• Compassionate and good patient care.
