Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy and registration with regulatory body.
• Hospital experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care for patients and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Recommend and monitor drug therapy to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems.
• Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and pre-registration pharmacists.
• Adhere to regulations and safety procedures.
• Support quality departmental projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team to deliver quality patient care.
