Job summary

WellAway, Singapore’s first HSA‑registered e‑pharmacy, seeks a Pharmacist to manage day‑to‑day operations and lead a team of technicians. You will ensure safe dispensing, provide information to prescribers and patients, and drive workflow improvements.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree, Singapore Pharmacy Council registration, and at least 1 year of experience. You will thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment and cover shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy and registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of prescriptions or medication orders.
• Provide patient counselling and education.
• Lead and guide pharmacy technician(s).
• Review and fine‑tuning of workflows and platform to align standards with best practices.
• Work with vendors and partners to ensure systems and documentation meet regulatory standards.
• Training and mentoring interns as needed.
• Picking, handling and control of Controlled Drugs.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of Controlled Drugs per regulatory/licensing requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

WellAway is Singapore’s first HSA‑registered e‑pharmacy, founded in 2022 to pioneer trusted, digital‑first pharmacy services for patients and providers in Singapore.

Our mission is to enable all healthcare stakeholders by providing utmost accessibility to medications. We work with clinics, medical groups and telemedicine providers to fulfil their e‑Prescriptions and home delivery.

The role we are hiring for

We are seeking a Pharmacist to manage WellAway’s day-to-day operations. The candidate will be leading a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure medications are dispensed in a safe and efficient manner. As a pharmacist, the candidate is also responsible to provide medication-related information to prescribers and patients.

Responsibilities

Requirements
