Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced material handler/warehouse assistant to support daily operational activities in our pharmaceutical warehouse near Tuas Link MRT. You will ensure accurate receiving, verification, and staging of materials, and maintain compliance with safety and GMP standards.

Key duties include documenting warehouse transactions, inputting data into business systems, and operating material handling equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience working in a cold room is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and neatly stage incoming materials.
• Handle and store hazardous materials per safety procedures.
• Document all warehouse activity transactions accurately.
• Input data into business systems.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet trucks, forklifts).
