Job summary

FREIGHT LINKS LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.

You ensure inventory is properly handled and orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries, organizing storage, picking and packing, maintaining cleanliness, and operating equipment (forklift if certified).

Qualifications

• Forklift license preferred.
• Min education level: Secondary or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Tuas or Penjuru Road.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the appropriate locations.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment according to packing lists or invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts/reach truck (if certified).
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicle
• Follow all health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures
