Job summary

JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team. You will check goods, operate a forklift, and ensure safe, orderly storage within the warehouse.

This role requires basic computer literacy, familiarity with SAP or similar systems, and knowledge of warehousing safety and stock procedures. Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant warehousing experience and a valid forklift license. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other logistic management systems.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health in a warehouse.
• Good knowledge of stock inventory procedures and product handling.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming and outgoing goods in the store.
• Operate forklift to load and unload goods.
• Stack and store incoming goods safely.
• Maintain housekeeping of equipment and premises.
• Assist Store Supervisor with delivery transport scheduling.
• Assist with ordering transport services and record-keeping.
