The role involves product detailing, educational sessions, and collaboration with leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. A candidate with 2+ years in pharma sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with doctors, clinics and hospitals.
• Experience conducting product detailing and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, clinics and healthcare institutions
• Develop and grow assigned medical territories and accounts
• Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans
• Organize and support educational meetings, Lunch & Learn sessions and product presentations
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to management
• Maintain strong customer service and follow-up with healthcare professionals
• Work closely with management in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
