Job summary

Integrity Partners is recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager (6-Months Contract) to support Commercial and Supply Chain teams in coordinating activities between local markets and Global Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include open order book management, supply coordination, inventory monitoring and S&OP support to ensure timely order fulfilment and continuity of supply across markets; must have 6+ years in supply chain, SAP BW, Excel and Tableau proficiency, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in supply chain, order management or planning.
• Familiarity with SAP BW and supply chain planning processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis/reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory requirements (cgmp) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open Order Book management: prepare and maintain reports for alliance partners and distributors across Europe and Asia; track orders.
• Supply Coordination: align production and supply with market demand and monitor fulfilment.
• Stakeholder Management: coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply.
• S&OP Support: assist market-level Sales & Operations Planning activities.
• Inventory Management: coordinate inventory redeployment and optimize inventory levels.
• Product Lifecycle Support: coordinate supply activities for new products, discontinuations and regulatory changes.
• Market Supply Support: support government tenders and direct import programmes with local partners.
