INTEGRITY PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for a 6-month contract to support Commercial and Supply Chain teams across local markets and Global Supply Chain.

The role emphasizes open order book management, supply coordination, and S&OP support to ensure timely order fulfilment and continuity of supply. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, distributors, and partners, monitoring inventory, and addressing supply risks while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of relevant experience in supply chain, order management or supply planning in pharma or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with SAP BW and supply chain planning processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis/reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory requirements (cGMP) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, warehousing and transportation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Open Order Book management: prepare and maintain reports for alliance partners and distributors; monitor orders and changes.
• Coordinate supply with demand planning to align production with market demand.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply and resolve issues.
• Assist in market-level S&OP activities.
