Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical GMP processes.
• English proficiency and strong analytical, collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for commercial-scale manufacturing.
• Monitor process performance and manufacturing trends.
• Troubleshoot process and production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support deviation investigations, impact assessments, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, yield improvement, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams to implement process changes and improvements.
• Support change-control activities, process risk assessments, and equipment or process modifications.
• Contribute to technology transfer, process scale-up, process characterization, and validation activities.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, investigation reports, protocols, process specifications, and manufacturing records.
• Ensure all assigned activities comply with GMP, quality, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
