Job summary

Pfizer Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate to lead manufacturing campaigns, supervising quality, EHS, and data integrity across production lines. The role requires engineering expertise, GMP experience, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality medicines.

In this permanent position, you will drive process improvements, develop SOPs, and coach junior engineers while delivering safe and compliant manufacturing operations at our Singapore

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering or Science with Chemistry major.
• 2–3 years in relevant API manufacturing environment.
• GMP experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in project administration and cost control.
• Strong technical, management and organizational skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product manufacturing campaigns from start to finish with technical supervision on quality and EHS.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS).
• Ensure compliance with ALCOA data management principles and GMP standards.
• Coach junior engineers and drive flawless execution of projects.
