Job summary

Pfizer Singapore is seeking a manufacturing associate to lead product campaigns from start to release, ensuring quality and EHS compliance. You will apply the IMEx way of working for day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvements.

You will develop operating instructions, monitor process control systems, and coach junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless execution in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or science with chemistry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical (API) manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and data management practices.
• Strong technical, management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and SOPs.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot process control system recipes/models.
• Investigate and address quality and EHS issues observed during manufacturing or batch review.
• Implement preventive measures for processing issues and monitor safety and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements and flawless execution.
