Job summary

GSK Singapore seeks a manufacturing engineer to support safe, compliant and efficient operations at our site. You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance and MSAT to solve problems and enable reliable production.

You will lead complex deviation investigations, design improvement projects, support validation and tech transfers, monitor process trends, and prepare technical documents for operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, biotechnology, or related field.
• 4+ years in regulated manufacturing such as pharma, biotech, or chemical production.
• Experience with deviation investigations and CAPA management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex deviation investigations and corrective actions to closure.
• Design and deliver process improvement projects to increase yield and efficiency.
• Support validation, trials and technical transfer activities for smooth production start-up.
• Monitor process parameters and trends; support risk assessments for quality and business continuity.
• Prepare technical documents, training materials and work instructions for operations teams.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturing, quality, MSAT and maintenance to meet goals.
