Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring for a pharmaceutical logistics associate. The role covers receipt, picking/packing, returns, rejects, and destruction, plus GMP label work and secondary packaging.

You will perform cold room handling and routine maintenance of facilities/equipment, with 1–2 years in logistics and a Diploma/N/O level or equivalent. Up to SGD 2.8K monthly, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Min 1–2 years of logistics experience.
• Experience working in a cold room environment; comfortable in cold conditions.
• Familiarity with GMP-like handling and site SOPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and inspection of incoming materials and transfer to storage per SOPs.
• Pick and pack operations per pick list and packing configuration; verify against system information.
• Process returns per SOPs; store returns pending client instructions.
• Reclassify storage items to reject status per client instructions.
• Consolidate returns and rejects for destruction with approved waste disposal process.
• GMP label printing, inspection, over-labelling and secondary packaging activities.
• Perform facility and equipment maintenance on fridges, freezers, extinguishers, generator and warehouses per SOPs.
• Housekeeping and inventory cycle counts per SOPs.
