Job summary

PwC is seeking experienced professionals in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare to join its International Growth Practice in Singapore. You will help leading pharma and healthcare organizations expand globally, optimize supply chains, and build resilient operating models amid a complex international landscape.

You will collaborate with senior executives from multinationals and governments to craft strategies for sustainable growth across diverse markets.

Qualifications

4-5 years of relevant pharma/healthcare sector experience in either a management consulting setting or within industry in strategy or general management role.
Growth markets experience (e.g., Southeast Asia, China, India, Middle East, Latin America, Africa and CEE).
Strong experience delivering client engagements with multiple stakeholders and teams in different countries.
Experience in managing data collection and analysis; ability to transform quantitative and qualitative data into insights for country, sector and consumer trends.
Credentials in business development and sales with ability to develop insightful presentations to support proposals and client discussions.

Responsibilities

Develop expansion strategies for clients seeking international expansion or to realign their supply chain and footprint.
Deliver in-depth market and competitive insights for market expansion, entry and growth.
Lead market entry scenarios including channel strategies and operating model design.
Coordinate global site and capacity considerations for HQs, R&D, and manufacturing.
Engage senior executives and lead workshops; nurture PwC client relationships and opportunities.
