Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking experienced professionals in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare to join PwC’s International Growth Practice. This role focuses on helping pharma and healthcare organizations expand globally, optimize supply chains, and build resilient operating models in an increasingly complex international environment.

You will work with senior executives of multinational corporations and governments to design strategies that enable sustainable growth across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant Pharma/healthcare strategy experience.
• Experience in management consulting or industry strategy roles.
• Growth markets experience across SE Asia, China, India, Middle East, Africa and CEE.
• Proven ability to transform data into insights and create proposals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; multicultural teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop expansion strategies for global pharma/healthcare clients.
• Design market entry scenarios and global site selection.
• Assess talent supply and supplier portfolios for growth plans.
• Lead client discussions with senior executives and governments.
• Collaborate with PwC network to address client challenges.
• Support business development and build a project pipeline.
