Job summary

TPC System Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules. You will collaborate with the project manager and on-site team to ensure timely progress and proactive risk mitigation.

The role requires 3+ years in project planning within construction or engineering, proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong communication and coordination skills. Singapore location; on-site work at Micron Site preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of project planning or scheduling experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Familiar with critical path analysis, baseline schedules and progress tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in semiconductor facility or mechanical and piping projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules in coordination with the project manager and site team.
• Prepare baseline schedules, detailed work programmes and short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor actual progress against the approved schedule and highlight delays or potential risks.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain progress updates.
• Track key milestones, activity dependencies, procurement and delivery schedules.
• Analyse the impact of changes and delays on project completion.
• Support the development of recovery plans and revised work sequences.
• Prepare scheduling reports and progress updates for project meetings.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and supporting progress information.
