Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for dogs and other pets: night feeding, night walking, and monitoring well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment (cleaning pets' rooms, playpens, and feeding areas)
• Administer basic grooming (brushing, ear cleaning, shower and blow dry) and medication (as instructed) before bedtime
• Assist with client communication: updates, and addressing concerns
• Monitor and record pet behavior, health, and routines
• Support daily operations such as inventory checks and supplies restocking
• Uphold all hygiene and safety protocols

Requirements

• A genuine passion and deep affection for animals, especially dogs
• No prior experience in the pet industry is required—however,

**Candidates must have personal experience in handling or caring for dogs.

• Comfortable working with dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments
• Physically fit and able to manage cleaning duties and active pets
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and on a rotating schedule if required
• Responsible, observant, and patient with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Earliest start date will be in Oct 2025
