Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, patient services, healthcare administration, or care coordination is preferred.
• Nurses who wish to transition away from hands-on clinical duties are welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of patients, providing high-quality customer service and support.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and care arrangements with internal departments and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patients' care journey and ensure timely coordination of required services.
