Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a patient service coordinator to join our frontline team at Central location. Working hours are Mon–Fri 8:30am–6pm with on‑call duties on weekends when rostered; you will ensure patient information is accurate and that inquiries are handled with professionalism to support a smooth patient journey.

Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, arranging appointments with doctors and internal stakeholders, and maintaining documents per hospital

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any discipline.
• On rotation for 24/7 on-call duties.
• At least 3-4 years' experience in healthcare or frontline/customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Update patient information accurately and timely.
• Keep documents and data according to hospital policies.
• Support inquiries from private patients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate appointments to match patient requests while following guidelines.
• Arrange admissions and act as contact for patients, doctors and stakeholders.
• Assist in go-the-extra-mile service and manage complaints professionally.
• Coordinate appointments with hospital staff and escort VIPs to ensure a smooth patient journey.
