Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Singapore is seeking a Personal Financial Consultant to join the Retail Banking team. You will provide wealth and insurance portfolio management solutions to clients while driving customer acquisition in the Mass Banking segment.

You will work closely with clients to understand financial goals and recommend suitable wealth management solutions, helping them build, preserve, and grow their wealth over the long term.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of banking, wealth management or related experience.
• Passion for wealth management, customer engagement and financial planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong sales orientation with opportunity identification.
• Customer-focused with a consultative problem-solving approach.
• Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Certifications such as FIMM, PCE or CEILI are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide wealth management advisory including insurance, unit trusts, FX, and deposits.
• Understand client goals and recommend suitable wealth solutions.
• Cross-sell wealth products to meet clients' objectives.
• Provide market insights and professional advice for informed decisions.
• Engage clients via branch activities, tele-appointments and referrals.
• Develop partnerships with internal segments to generate referrals.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and deliver after-sales service.
• Establish new client relationships and manage portfolios to grow AUM.
