Personal Trainer — Bfit
207 East Coast Road, Singapore
Full-Time
Bfit is looking for a full-time Personal Trainer who takes pride in their work, cares about their clients and wants to continuously develop as a coach.
At Bfit, our trainers don't work in silos. Personal Trainers and our in-house Physiotherapists work closely together to provide clients with a structured approach to strength, movement, recovery, performance and long-term health.
Whether you're an experienced trainer or newly certified and looking for the right environment to develop, we're open to meeting you.
As this is a full-time position, there may occasionally be ad-hoc responsibilities where the business or team requires additional support. Where responsibilities fall beyond the normal scope of the role, appropriate and fair compensation will be provided.
This is an important part of how we operate at Bfit.
Our trainers are expected to actively communicate and collaborate with our Physiotherapists, particularly when working with clients who have injuries, have completed rehabilitation, or are transitioning back into training or sport.
We do not expect every trainer to be a rehabilitation specialist.
We do expect our trainers to know when to ask questions, communicate and utilise the expertise of the team around them.
Experience in strength & conditioning, sports performance or working alongside Physiotherapists is an advantage, but not a requirement.
You don't need years of experience to apply.
If you're newly certified, motivated, coachable and genuinely willing to learn, we'd be happy to meet you.
At Bfit, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced trainers and our in-house Physiotherapists through case discussions, practical education and day-to-day collaboration.
We will provide the environment and support to develop — but we expect you to ask questions, apply what you're taught, take feedback seriously and continuously work towards becoming a better coach.
You’ll be joining a team where knowledge is shared, not kept in silos.
Our Physiotherapists share their clinical knowledge and experience with our trainers, while our trainers contribute their expertise in coaching, exercise execution, strength development and progression.
Clients are provided, allowing you to focus on developing your coaching, delivering a high standard of Personal Training and building strong relationships with the people you work with.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants a place to conduct sessions.
We're looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute, take ownership and grow with Bfit.
