SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is opening a new Takashimaya store in Orchard, Singapore, seeking a Senior Retail Associate to deliver premium customer service, drive sales, and support day-to-day store operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or supervisory roles, strong communication, and a proactive, team-leading attitude. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays with a salary up to SGD 3,500 plus performance bonus.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years or more of retail/customer service experience.
• Previous experience in a senior retail, supervisory, or team-leading position is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a genuine interest in providing excellent service.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide warm, attentive, and personalised service.
• Understand customers' needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Assist customers with product selection, enquiries, and styling advice.
• Drive sales by promoting products, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well presented at all times.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and stocktaking.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Support the Store Manager/Supervisor in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Guide and mentor junior retail team members and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Assist with administrative and other ad-hoc duties when required.

About the Role

Our client is a growing women's fashion brand opening a new retail store in Orchard, and they are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Associate to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, customer service, and sales, and is ready to take on a more senior role supporting the team and day-to-day store operations.

You will play an important role in delivering a premium shopping experience while supporting the team in achieving sales and operational targets.
