Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Executive to manage preventive and corrective maintenance for our cold storage facilities and equipment. The role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and accurate CMMS records.

You will monitor schedules, support ASRS and industrial refrigeration systems, and drive reliability improvements while maintaining strong communication across teams in a 5-day workweek in Sungei Kadut.

Qualifications

• Relevant maintenance experience in cold storage or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge in industrial refrigeration, ASRS or material handling equipment.
• Good communication and coordination skills to guide technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for cold storage facilities and equipment.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure equipment is maintained for smooth daily operations.
• Support maintenance of industrial refrigeration and ASRS.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, servicing, and maintenance works.
• Assist with maintenance and improvement projects, including scheduling and site coordination.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues to improve reliability and minimise downtime.
• Work closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain maintenance records, update CMMS, and prepare reports on maintenance activities.

Maintenance Executive
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Sungei Kadut
Basic Salary: $4000 - $4500

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for cold storage facilities and equipment.




• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure equipment is maintained for smooth daily operations.




• Support maintenance of industrial refrigeration and Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS)




• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, servicing, and maintenance works.




• Assist with maintenance and improvement projects, including scheduling and site coordination.




• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues to improve reliability and minimise downtime.
